I hope that all of my customers will be happy with the products that they purchase, however I do realise that sometimes customers may want to return goods.
If you wish to return an item please follow these guidelines:
- Please contact me at email@example.com to return the item.
- If it is in the original packaging with no signs of use within 30 days of purchase and I will issue a full refund.
- The return postage is paid by the buyer.
If your item is faulty please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch this is not a problem – please contact me at email@example.com.

All orders are carefully packaged and posted. I will occasionally use recycled packaging.
All packaging is recyclable where possible.
If you would prefer me not to use plastic please do let me know with your order and I will Use alternative packaging.
Orders are posted from Cardiff, UK.
UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st class for a flat rate of 95p unless otherwise stated.
Larger items will be sent via DPD – if this is the case I will let you know and provide a tracking number.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard.
European shipping is £3.50 flat rate.
Everywhere else is £6.50 flat rate.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase – unless I am away – if this is the case there will be a message on the front page of the website.
Royal Mail does not automatically provide tracking – if you wish for your order to be tracked please do let me know as I will need to adjust postage costs.
GIven the current situation orders are taking longer than usual – UK is taking around 3 – 4 days, Europe 7 – 10, Everywhere else 2 – 4 weeks.
I’m not responsible for any customs fees incurred in the destination country.
